• Joining GameFly as a regular price paid rental member automatically enrolls you in the GameFly Rewards program, except where not allowed by the limitations of your current plan. Free trials & $1 Reactivations are not enrolled until the first full price paying month of service. Budget or Blu-ray &DVD Plans are excluded from GameFly Rewards.
• 3 months is defined as three (3) consecutive months of GameFly service with uninterrupted billing.
• Cancellation of your GameFly Account will reset your GameFly Rewards Level to Level Zero (0).
• Changing your account to a plan that does not qualify for Rewards (Budget or Blu-ray & DVD Plans) will reset your GameFly Rewards Level to Level Zero (0). Should you upgrade your account into a participating plan, you will begin to accrue GameFly Rewards starting from the time of your upgrade.
• GameFly Dollars are applicable toward purchases of used games only (inclusive of tax and shipping charges). You may use them to Keep games you have rented, or Buy used games at the GameFly Store.
• Monthly Percent-off Store Coupons are applicable toward purchases of used games or accessories and collectibles (exclusive of tax and shipping charges). These are non-stackable and expire in 30 Days.
• GameFly Keep Discount Coupons are applicable only towards a Keep purchase, “Keep” definable by a game you currently have rented at home via our membership service. A Keep purchase includes the original case and codes, mailed to you with free shipping. These coupons expire in 180 days and are non-stackable.
• GameFly Dollars may be awarded for being a GameFly member through the GameFly Rewards Program.
• Unused portions of redeemed GameFly Dollars will be lost at the completion of the transaction.
• GameFly Dollars are not redeemable for cash.
• GameFly Dollars may not be applied to past orders.
• GameFly Rewards benefits are not transferable between accounts.
• GameFly Dollars issued through the GameFly Rewards program expire 180 days after being issued and are stackable up to $10.
• From time to time, GameFly may issue special-use coupons that are only available for limited-time use, and expire less than 180 days from issuance.
• GameFly may implement a yearly maximum amount of GameFly Dollars that an account can be awarded.
• GameFly may modify or terminate this program at any time and do so without notice or cause.
• GameFly reserves the right to change the Terms of Use from time to time in its sole discretion.
