Game Description

Experience the battles that started it all in this combat-strategy saga that unfolds in the storied universe of Halo. Set in the time before the original Halo first-person shooter, Halo Wars begins aboard a ship, the Spirit of Fire, retrofitted for UNSC military use. Lead legions of UNSC soldiers, Scorpions, Warthogs, and more into combat as you experience the first battles in the war against the Covenant. Choose the right leaders to carry out your battlefield strategy, move units, command troops, attack, counterattack, and crush your opponents in large-scale Halo battles. Online multiplayer battles let up to six commanders match wits using UNSC or Covenant forces.

I'm not really a hardcore RTS player, only really played Starcraft, but I do love the Halo series. This game was fun to play for the Halo-inspired units, the story was good enough, but the cinematics were excellent.
