Two of the best: you can now choose batter walk-up music, and record custom chants and yells for fans to shout from the stands at your direction.

This is a great baseball game and it is better then 2k9. For all casual players, beware, hitting the ball is hard and is going to take practice; if you think you can just pick the game up and play a little, get ready for one frustrating afternoon.
