Doctors recommend that you download the auto-matic, system-matic, hydro-matic, demo now on Xbox 360 for Kinect then dance and sing those chills into a fever.

The 236MB demo can be downloaded from the Xbox Live Marketplace. It's currently exclusively to Xbox Live Gold subscribers, but, well, Sandy was hardly allowed into the Pink Ladies straight away, now was she!

Grease Dance launches today for Xbox 360 Kinect and PlayStation Move. Hopefully a demo for the PS3 edition will arrive in tonight's PlayStation Store update, or PlayStationeers will be left deeply uncool.
