When TrackMania 2 Canyon launched last year, it only brought one of the racing series' traditional environments, the dusty Canyon set. Now, developer Nadeo has revealed that the shiny stadium and rustic Valley landscapes are approaching the starting line, due to race out in "early 2013." Read more

ShootMania Storm, Nadeo's callack to ye olde twitchy FPS with zippy movement, has been pegged for a January 23 launch by publisher Ubisoft, giving you a scant few weeks to get those meatsticks in shape. Q-Games' delightful PixelJunk series began life on PlayStation 3 and has only recently tentatively dipped its toe in the PC pool, but the next game is unexpectedly debuting on PC and may not see release elsewhere at all. PixelJunk 1-6, as it's codenmed, is largely under wraps for now, but will feature co-op and "probably like a gajillion" robots. Read more

Thirteen years after The Longest Journey launched and six since its sequel Dreamfall, creator Ragnar Tørnquist is returning to the sci-fi-y fantasy-y adventure series. He's formed a new studio, Red Thread Games, and licensed the rights from Funcom to make Dreamfall Chapters, but beyond that it's a bit of a mystery for now. Read more
