    We're sorry to hear that you lost the sleeve. However, it's no problem. You can return the game without the sleeve. Please write your name, e-mail address, and the name of the game on a piece of paper. Fold the paper around the disc in a sleeve-like fashion and place it in our prepaid shipping envelope.

    If you no longer have the prepaid shipping envelope, you can report a shipping problem and select "I lost the game's shipping envelope." We will have another shipping envelope sent out to you.
