Win the race to build the ultimate place in this house-building sim! Compete against the clock and against your neighbors to see who can be the first to build their dream home. Hit the home improvement store and race to buy the best materials. Play games in six store departments to earn money for your purchases, then start building! Use the Wiimote to hammer, saw, paint, and more. Once construction's done, give your home some style by decorating. Maximize your home's value and you'll come out on top. Skip the building and just play the games in Party Mode, or build a virtual community online in The Neighborhood Mode.
