I would assume you can only download as many songs as they offer. You can't just put any song on Just Dance and expect the console to automatically come up with dance moves.

Like any game the content is only open to what the developers release. If you are looking for a specific song you should check the Just Dance 2 downloadable content to see if that song is there. If not, join the forums for the game and ask for the song, the more people who ask for certain content the more likely it is that the developer will add the content in a download.
