Do you need the first Rock Band Country game to play the second?

Probably not. I think they work both like track packs where you can save the songs to your hard drive and play them with Rock Band 1,2, or 3, or just pop in the disc and play it as a stand-alone game.

No. The disc is a standalone game that you download the songs off if i'm correct.
