how do I make my lighting turn black and red ive achieved infamous karma and it wont give me it

You only recieve black lightning after you have absorbed the ray spheres power.

After the final story line boss fight, you absorb the ray sphere and your karma is permanent. There's also DLC that can show your black and red clearer, the lightning blades. It's free.
