Will the DLC for Call of Duty: Black Ops include new Killstreaks?

In this article, it shows the image in the trailer. It says "New Perks and Killstreaks". This kind of sounds like something M$ would use to get ahead with Call of Duty, but since it hasn't been publicly said, i'm going to assume if it comes out it won't be an Xbox exclusive... What do you think? Is this a tease or will this happen?

I can only imagine it would be just maps, hasn't the past downloads just been maps?... and not even all NEW maps, like 3 new and 2 old for 33% mark up?. and countless people bought it, I doubt activision will change that trend if people keep buying int this damned ripoff.

If the trailer is the same from multiple sources I would assume it is the real thing. But if the website you linked to is the only one that shows the 'New Perks and Killstreaks' I would assume it is fake. I would love to see some new perks/killstreaks....but like the article said if there are new ones the DLC will probably be pretty expensive.
