I bought Wii Rock Band 2 and play only the guitar. Medium was to slow, but there is a breakneck speed option and I really like it. Just bought the original Rock Band and medium sucks and I can't find an option to speed it up without going to Hard which I'm not ready for. Please Help!

No but there was something like breakneck speed in Guitar Hero III.. You should try mastering all of the songs in Medium if you think Hard its too difficult I don't know if there really is an in between, but some songs are harder than others.

Unfortunately, no. The only Rock Band games with Breakneck speed are: Rock Band 2, RB 3, Lego RB, and Beatles RB. All others, including those DLC discs, are using the Rock Band 1 software and do not offer Breakneck speed. Which is why i personally could not play Rock Band 1. I need Breakneck speed or i fail.
