When is Gears of War 3 coming out?

It just got moved back a couple days ago. So it won't come out in April 2011 anymore. I heard this is because Microsoft has nothing else and they want to get a good holiday game. So, is there a date for Gears 3 anymore? Or is it TBD?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but IGN is claiming Quarter 3 of 2011. GameFly says TBD though....
