I have heard from the great vine that the main reason that they put the theater option in Black ops was for users to send the boosting video into treyarch and they will be suspended. Correct me if I'm right or any other information.

I doubt that is why they added that feature to the game...It might be a secondary reason. I think that they might try suspending users that boost though...my advice is to not do anything that can be perceived as cheating and you will have nothing to worry about!

I wouldn't be surprised.
Treyarch is crazy about people boosting. And then Treyarch asks people to boost by putting tactical insertions and cage matches into the game. It's a very weird cycle.
If you boost a lot, i bet they'll suspend you. Bungie does this all the time to people who betray. And they have the authority to do so. Here's a tip. Play fair and use RPGs a lot =)
