Pokemon. They not only had fairly successful games, but a successful anime, the only franchise to have a theater-released movie (even had more than one), and more merchandise than any of the other titles.
This question is way too easy to answer. If you say any of the other titles, you're really not seeing the big picture (either that or just too young to know any history).

Pokemon is a multi million dollar media franchise and by video game standards, it is the second most popular franchise of all time, and is defeated by only the Mario franchise. The Pokemon video games alone have sold over 200 million copies (this includes all video games and Pokemon themed consoles) since they were first released in Japan in 1996. During Pokemon's 10th anniversary in 2006, it was revealed that the total profits (combining games, cards, anime, etc.) was over $25 billion worldwide. The other franchises you've listed do't even come close. Even Yugioh is only at 18 billion, while still pretty impressive, doesn't come close to the success of Pokemon.
