Games: Call of Duty: World at War - Final Fronts (PS2), Call of Duty: World at War (Wii), Call of Duty: World at War (PS3), Call of Duty: World at War (X360), Call of Duty: World at War (DS)
As pointed out, Activision doesn't really make many games, they mostly publish them. But they do a damn good job at milking a series to death until nobody cares about it anymore (example: Guitar Hero and I can picture it happening to Call of Duty series when they start pumping out multiple games per year).

I think ACTIVISION publishes good games...Here are my favorite ACTIVISION games of all time: Bloody Roar 3, Blur, Guitar Hero series, CoD series, Prototype, Singularity, Tony Hawk series.

First of all, Activision does NOT "make" any of the Call of Duty games, they only publish them.
Second, there's more than one developer for the CoD games. So to ask 'does (insert game developer here) make good games' is a bigger question than you're initially asking.
Third, I don't know if you read any game news, but there was a HUGE Infinity Ward exodus of employees because of royalty issues with the recent Modern Warfare 2. So if you ask 'does Infinity Ward make good games', you'll need to specify if it's the Infinity Ward people there NOW or the Infinity Ward THEN.
Please clarify your questions before you ask them, or else you sound extremely stupid like you did just now.

Activision doesn't make the games. They publish them. So they don't make any good games because they publish them all. And to be honest, they don't do a great job at publishing. Firing the best people you're working with??? Smart move =(
But many of the games they published worked out well. Mostly Modern Warfare 2 and Call of Duty 4.
