How do you beat the Zero G Basketball mini game in Dead Space?

I read in a guide somewhere (and it worked for me) to not bother jumping from platform to platform. Instead just get close and concentrate in putting as many balls in the goal as possible. Should definitely work on the easier levels, and I think it worked for me on the harder levels too.
