I kind of agree with this. But there are some really good Xbox exclusives (Halo, Gears). Although, i really LOVE Heavy Rain. Which console do you think has better exclusives?

Hm... the actual Article comes from a very fanboy-esque slant. But, the question he brings up (but fails to answer, in my opinion.) is a good one.
Each companies exclusives really showcase there hardware. Gears looks amazing, but so does Killzone 2. Could either game have been done on eachothers systems? I think so, but not as a 3rd party. They would have had to have been exclusives to really capitalize on the systems resources.
Are Sony's exclusives better?. As an all around package... I think they probably do. Heavy Rain, Uncharted, Gran Turismo, Killzone, Resistance, the list goes on. They really are the epitome of AAA titles.
Not to take anything away from MS, they've got Forza, Gears, Halo, ...and whatever the hell the once Fantastic RARE has to offer (Really!.. Rare.. do something!!.)
Even though I still prefer my 360 to my PS3... I gotta give the exclusives medal to PS3, I think there's just shine a little more.

Xbox 360 exclusives are awesome, as I can't imagine life without Halo and Gears. But the PS3 blows it out of the water, especially with the awesome single-player titles like God of War, Uncharted, and Ratchet & Clank. I love Xbox 360, but if I had to choose, I'd pick PS3 exclusives every time.

Dunno. Owning both, I really don't try to make that judgment. Both have some great exclusives, and which one I buy more exclusives for seems to change year to year.

I'd say it's a matter of opinion, of course. I choose PS3 because most of 360's exclusives seem like they are first person shooters and/or multiplayer games, neither of which I play. For me, PS3 offers more titles that I find interesting (Demon's Souls, Uncharted, LittleBigPlanet, and I have yet to play Heavy Rain (besides the demo), but I'm sure I'll enjoy that one, too). If I owned a 360, I would be interested in a couple exclusives like Fable or Alan Wake, but so far nothing has come out that made me really want to buy a 360 (which I assume is a major reason as to why exclusives exist).

I do, when I think of exclusives the list of noteworthy exclusives is way longer for the PS3. There is a much wider variety in the PS3 exclusives than the Xbox360 exclusives. PS3 has platformers, shooters, RPGs, and cool concept games (LBP, Katamari Forever, Noby Noby Boy)...and the 360 for the most part is confined to FPS (obviously there are exceptions).

Short answer? The PlayStation 3's exclusives are far better than the XBox 360's exclusives. The reasons? Pretty much what "ReverEND" said. Many of XBox's exclusives are on PC too, unlike the PlayStation 3's.
