Monopoly Streets (Box360 platform) can you have 4 players with 1 controller or are 4 controllers required?

I have a family of four that like to interact and this would be fun but only have 2 controllers for the X-Box 360. Before I move the game up my list I need to know if this will work. I also have a Wii and the game is on that platform as well but the availability for the X-Box 360 is less of a wait please let me know ASAP!!!!!
