EA Sports has confirmed that Madden 14 will be renamed Madden NFL 25. EA also confirmed the release date of August 27, 2013.
Forging the annual naming convention, the next Madden release will see EA Sports celebrate 25 years of the American Football gaming franchise, rebranding the upcoming title Madden NFL 25 in honor of the quarter century achievement.
