You should receive an email saying the has been shipped. You may also look in your GameQ. Any games that have shipped will be listed under "Games I Have Out" and have a green At Home symbol next to them.
You may also sign up for the optional text message alerts. Go to My Account and click Mobile Alert Preferences.
