Should I get Persona 3: PSP?

Have never played Persona 3, but I like Persona 4. Some people say P4 is way better, and has improved on just about everything gameplay-wise, but some people like P3 better for story and characters.

Anyone else looking into getting P3P?

I'd say it's worth getting. P4 was an evolution of P3, but going back to P3 doesn't feel like a huge step back.
