I purchased this game believing the DLC's are included due to being the Game of the Year edition, however I have no keys for the DLC's and they do not show up in the game. It appears I can purchase them within the game with Microsoft Points.
Is it a mistake ? Did I get scammed ? Can I get a refund if DLC's not provided ?

is it the PC version (as you stated) or the 360 version (as the Microsoft Points would suggest)? if its the 360 version you should have received a 2nd disk with the DLC data that you would have to pop in and install
if its the PC version idk Gamefly downloads are different anyway
