since its still in development (i assume from context) its RATING (not raiting < thats not even a word) is RP which means Rating Pending (which means they havent played/rated it yet)

but a quick peek at its Gamefly page (which also says RP) and trailers (available on Gamefly page) strongly suggests an M will be the final word

a mild understanding of the ESRB rating system and its Gamefly page would have told you this game would get hit with the highest age rating they have (AO is just a technicality - anything you could do to get that rating would also get your game banned from distribution)
