Why did gamefly send me the same game back? Where is the other game at?

I had gotten two games from gamefly, Mortal Kombat and Gravity rush for the ps vita. I few days ago I sent them both back at the same time and today in the mail I recieved Gravity Rush again instead of the next games on my list. In my game Q it says Gravity Rush and Mortal Kombat are "at home". Why did they send it back? Why only one? Where is Mortal Kombat?
