Kimbo Slice is my favorite MMA fighter. However, Brock Lesnar is the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world.
Neither of these dudes is in EA Sports MMA though. If you're talking EA Sports MMA only, then it's gotta be Gilbert Melendez or Fedor.
