Catwoman counts as DLC so you won't be getting it from gamefly. It's just another tactic by the game companies to make people buy the games for outrageous prices instead of renting them.

Its a one time only code you need to buy the game or buy the code.

because you just rented it you did not buy it from gamfly. You can buy the code on the store on ps3 or xbox
