Pretty much. The only exception is that the downloadable PC games in the Gamefly client that aren't in the unlimited section cost extra to buy. But all disc rentals for consoles are included in your monthly fee.

You get unlimited console game rentals for one flat membership rate, so you can try out as many games as you want. The game is shipped in an envelope that also acts as the return mailer so there is no shipping cost to you either.
