Certain publishers have recently decided to require an online pass or code to access all or some of the online content for their games. Since these publishers have created these codes for a single use only, we are unable to include these online codes with your rentals. GameFly includes online access codes with all new and used purchases.
Publishers requiring codes for online play have made these codes available to purchase separately (usually for a $5 or $10 charge) at their online outlets, or via PSN or Xbox LIVE. Some publishers have chosen to make a limited free trial available for their games' online content without a code, available through your PSN ID or Xbox LIVE gamertag.

Sorry but the online code dont comes with the rental .you have to buy the code for $ 10.00 at the xbox market or playstation store
