I got "Batman: Arkham Asylum" for Xbox 360 a day ago and it played fine the first night I got it, but now it freezes up and says "This disk can't be read." I tried cleaning it, and it STILL doesn't work; what do I do?

sent them a msg and tell them about the disc and say that u send it back and if they can exchange it for a new one hope it helps
