Why can't I use the NOV20OFF coupon for 20% off?

I've tried to buy Skyrim during sale and tried to add the 20% NOV20OFF coupon, but it only says ''Sorry, coupon code NOV20OFF can't be used on this site''. I've seen a lot of people using this code, how come I can't?
