My apartment was burgurlarized and they stole Call of Duty II, what do you want me to do next. Police report made no problem, XBox and rest of my games are gone.

If you can't prove that it was stolen why would they let you have the game for free. If you can actually get proof that it was stolen and mail it in to gamefly then I am pretty sure they could help. Oh and you can can call 1-888-986-6400 or send them an email at support@gamefly.com
