I was just thinking this up, and Grand Theft Auto IV seems like a good game to update so Natal and Move work with it. Do you think that might be cool aswell? Clubbing old grannies with baseball bats? Road Rage?

I'll be really surprised if they incorporate motion controls or Natal into GTA IV. The control scheme is just too complex, with too many variables.
Expect to see a tidal wave of Wii-like mini-game collections and very few intricate experiences.

Probably, but I wouldn't hold your breath. You'd have to remap all the controls to a 3d space...and that may just take more time than needed.
You're more likely to find Natal/Move in GTA5, imo.
