Most of the rented games will not come the online pass as it can only be used once. Either it has already been used or you must purchase the game to get the online pass.

Certain publishers have recently decided to require an online pass or code to access all or some of the online content for their games. Since these publishers have created these codes for a single use only, we are unable to include these online codes with your rentals. GameFly includes online access codes with all new and used purchases.

Gamefly doesnt send online passes for games due to the code is a one time code once activated its no longer vaild. You may be able to buy a pass in market place. But if you were to keep the game or buy a game then they will send the case and code to you, i do believe
