I received an email about games on sale but many of the prices listed don't match the prices on the site.

the prices for a few on the list Duke nukem forever 4.99 - 16.14 on the site
assasins creed brotherhood 12.99 on the site 17.99 after going through some of the 'checkout' it stays the same. what am I missing here?
