What is the return policy for bought games(used)?
If I buy a game and it's damaged...can I return it and get my money back?

I'd assume you can return a game if it's damaged. Use the support link in the upper right corner of the screen to report a problem with your game, or email support@gamefly.com and they can tell you what they can do to replace the game.
