First, save the electric things for Alisa. I always go for the fat guys first. When they are dead, leave all of the power-ups until you need them. To beat Alisa I would equip clothing with a defensive bonus, Hwoarang is a pretty good choice. Just block her attacks and try to get a few attacks in when you can. Don't get to far away from her or she will start to regenerate. And remember that you have to beat her before the time runs out.
