Spoilers Inside: Did you notice any plot holes in Heavy Rain?

Again, spoilers, don't read further if you haven't finished:

In my playthrough, Madison was the one who figured out who the killer was. However, she had never met the character revealed as the killer throughout the entire game, but seemed surprised and knew exactly where to go when she found out. Does she just have some type of reporter spider-sense? It just doesn't make that much sense. Anyone else notice this, or any other glaring plot holes? Do you think they really take anything away from the game, or did you think it was still great despite its faults (I do).

Depending on how you play the hospital part, Madison finds out the killers name from the mother. and being a reporter she can easily find out his info and where he lives. So that's not really a plot hole.

But after Madison survives the apartment fire, I wondered how she had Agent Jayden's Cell#. Even though they never met, and how could she possibly know he was in town working that case?

This is more of an unanswered question. Why does Madison have nightmares of people trying to Kill her?

Another Mystery. When Shelby is reminiscing about killing Manfred and they show how he does it, it doesn't really coincide with what happened when you are playing the clock shop chapter.

Yah, i just started that game, so i didn't read all of that, but i noticed a lot of jumping around. And i am only 75% sure i know what's going on in the story right now.
It jumps around a bit too much for me. But i like the interactiveness (If that's even a word) of this game. It brings a bunch of things together without a lot of the stuff everybody else does. It's WAY better than i thought it would be.
