No. The one-time use code is not distributed to renters. You will need to buy the game.

They do not give you the code unless you buy the game. Its 9.99 0n psn and anywhere else that I'm aware of. Now Blockbuster has been known to leave the codes in New game's boxes but I doubt you will fine one for it now that its been out for awhile. Just buy the game.
