If i rent infamous 2 does it come with the dlc?
every time i rent a game it has dlc content with it will this one have it?

This wouldn't. The dlc download is actually a stand alone game. It has Cole becoming a vampire. This game, and a bunch of others, is actually free for Playstation Plus members.
Generally renting games don't have DLC on it. I am not sure what you are expecting with renting games. Have a nice day.

No, but if the new collections become available, they should come with all of the DLC.
