There is limited distruction in jc2.

Not really. The only thing that you can destroy are the military tartgets around the island. If you haven't played any of the Mercenaries games I suggest you play one of those. In Mercenaries you can destroy entire cities if you want. It is also more diverse and has a lot more variety than Just Cause.
