You have to buy from the PlayStation store and download it. You can also get it for free if you have the limited edition with the four world at war zombies map pack .

Unfortunately zubair is correct. Unless you buy a certain "edition" of the game, you have to purchase each map pack individually. You cannot UNLOCK those. I think FIVE is the only unlockable zombie map in Black Ops. MOON is a great one though, definitely worth it. Good Luck!
