Tyson is in the game for the same reason they used him in the first place. He is a widely known public figure/name in the mainstream that will help attract non-wrestling fans to a wrestling product.

And if you haven't noticed WWE hasn't cared about tag-teams in a long time. Look at the weak tag teams of today. Slap the belts on ANY two pukes and they're YOUR tag team champions.
