i wanted to play skyrim and i kept it after my gamefly account was cancelled. YOU CHARGED ME $42.00, i was going to bring it back after i beat all the questlines and stuff.

Um because you kept the game. If they didn't charge you for the game you kept, then it'd pretty much be like they just gave you a free game. You should have canceled your subscription after you beat the game and sent it back.

Gamefly charged you because you have about seven to ten days to return the game since you cancelled your account. You can not keep the game to finish it after you have cancelled your subscription.
