one time i got saints row 2 and half the map was gone why is that

so i just rent saints row 2 right i get to the court house and it will not let me in. not even 15 min in the game and the whole map is messed up whats up with that?

You just rented saints row 2? Its free on ps3, but i guess your stuck playing it on a Xbox. It's a good game. I think better than the 3rd. as far as your question, I'm not sure. I played it a while ago by I think you had to progress through the story to unlock things on the map. If your stuck you might have to restart it. Sorry you had to rent it.
