Umm, your question is a bit hard to understand, not gonna lie. But usually if GameFly doesn't offer a game for purchase it's because they don't have enough copies to keep a stable collection for rentals.
And if you're talking about PC, as it is hard to understand your question, then GameFly might not have any licenses to sell the game. In that case, try Steam :]

steam don't have dragon age 1 rights but they have dragon age 2 right, y well idk ea holding back the number of copies so they don't have to drop the price probably buy the gamefly beta client has dragon age 1 pc cuz i just got it a week ago down load the gf beta client and search dragon age 1 its in the 2 page out of 3 near the bottom but you might want to drop a few extra bucks for the ultimate edition well worth it and don't for get to unlock your free stuff at BioWare Social Network
