How do you cancel the membership?
It keeps saying i have to opt into some cancellation agreement but i can't find information on that anywhere. They have already received my game.

You don't have to do anything special to opt into GameFly’s Terms of Cancellation. By cancelling you are "opting in" or agreeing to the cancellation terms.
