I purchased Pirates of the carribean and my son loves it but he gets to a certian part in the game and it jams and chatters help

when you post here you are asking the community, if you want to contact gamefly go to support or call them. But to me it sounds like there is a problem with your console, you may want to try looking for guides that specify your problem. And if you notice any severe or noticeable scratches on the game that may be it, but it also depends on whether it only does it with that game or others. Sorry if i'm not much help.
