Purchases of physical items from the GameFly Site and Services may be returned for a FULL refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:
•You've contacted GameFly customer service to inform us of your damaged or unplayable game immediately. For new items, you will then receive an authorization number (RMA)
•New items are unopened OR items are in their original packaging (if the items are received damaged or unplayable with an RMA authorization number)
•Used games are received damaged or unplayable (previously reported to GameFly customer service)
•Manuals are included with the disc in their original case
•New or used items are returned within thirty (30) days of shipment
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be issued a full refund and are subject to 80% restocking fees.
If you did not get the game from GameFly then no, they no longer buy/trade games.
