I'm assuming you mean the right analog stick on your controller? If so, it's likely a wear-and-tear issue. Best way to find out is to start a different game and test the right analog stick and see if it works in the other title. If it doesn't, you could try taking the controller apart. I recommend using Youtube.com and looking for a video of how to disassemble and XBOX 360 controller.
